When we come to do a site visit at your lot, we’ll check out access, driveway location, set back distance, and house location – and in this view, decide with you what trees need to be felled and what trees can be kept for aesthetic purposes.
As a turnkey builder, we will make sure that the site development is properly considered. Another important consideration is how the floor plan interacts with the site.
