What is a modular home?
A modular home is simply a wood frame constructed home that’s prefabricated into large rectangular cubes called modules. They are built into module sections in order to allow for the home to be transported from the factory to the building lot. The building factory is typically a very large manufacturing building that allows for the entire building process to be completed indoors.
When the modules arrive on site, we crane them onto the concrete foundation.
The modules are designed specifically for each build and come completed with framing, electrical, drywall, windows, cabinetry, countertops, lights fixtures, bathtubs, toilets, appliances installed, heating systems, water systems, and even much of the flooring can be completed in the factory.
