Acadia

The Acadia is the perfect Cape Code cabin plan.  As a starter home, retirement home or a cabin to get away from the bustle of everyday life, we think this plan is as versatile as they come. A wide open spacious great room and dining room add sunshine and views from every angle.  Make this plan your own by making it a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom plan with available loft and basement space!

Add french doors to a patio, or maybe make the master bedroom into a master suite by removing the second bedroom. This compact home has so much character, we think it’s simply charming.

As with any of our custom modular home plans, you’ll have the option of standard finishes like lino and carpet, or upgraded features like LVP, hardwood, and ceramic tile!  Granite and quartz are always available.. just depends on how rustic you choose to go!  Some people prefer camping and other glamping 🙂
