The Ultra 1 is an open concept plan designed by the Pennwest factory.  The triple box construction makes this floor plan a cape as a standard as the depth of the house allows for a large open attic space that can be used as future finish-able space or just an awesome storage area.  The kitchen in this plan is the heart of the home between the open concept dining room and living room.  Specific to the Ultra series is a massive island that can easily hold 4-6 bar stools.  I really like how the master suite faces back into the back yard and also how central the laundry space is for all 3 bedrooms.
