modifications; and order a full set of stamped blueprints from the architect

2. THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE
30 days to clear, excavate, and pour your concrete foundation
90 days to set the house and complete necessary site work; finish carpentry; exterior utilities; site – built
structures like garages, porches, and decks
60 days for typical scheduling delays
4 to 6 months is a typical construction timeline
