Lockport Project

The Ultra series homes offer some of the widest sweeping open spaces that Modular offers. What sets the Ultra’s apart are the kitchens, so if the kitchen is important to your family, take a look through these plans. The layout of the kitchen in these plans allows for a lot of cooks in the kitchen! Storage will not be an issue since these also offer pantry cabinets, a massive island and a closet pantry. Take a look at the alternate plan where they turned the laundry room into an office-this could also be a full butler pantry, just move the laundry upstairs.

The options are endless, but the starting point on these homes gives us great design already, just add your own touches. Note:

The Congressional Dr version of the Ultra 8 adds a 2nd floor laundry room in place of the vaulted foyer.  It also creates an office on the first floor which could also be a HUGE butler Pantry
