The Building Process

Our Step by Step new modular home building process covers you from the planning phase, through construction, and the complete warranty phase of your new home. We will work to ensure that the dream of your new custom home becomes a reality.

Whether we are doing your project full turnkey or a limited factory direct process, we will work closely with you to ensure no building or design detail is overlooked.

First, let’s schedule a new home consultation to answer any questions you have and find a project plan that’s right for you.

Next, we’ll match you with one of our new home construction lenders.

Let’s review your building lot and ensure it’s suitability to build. If you haven’t purchased a lot yet, that’s not a problem, we can help find land for you and your family and even broker it’s acquisition.

We are a design-build custom home builder and we love working closely with you to design a new modular home that meets your architectural needs and wants! We want to make sure you drive home and see the home you’ve always wanted.

When the modular home factory order is completed, we will file your full set of building blue prints with the town for an approved building permit. Then, after permit is in hand, we can break ground by excavating and pouring your concrete foundation.

When the basement concrete has cured, we will use a large crane to set the factory built modules on top of the foundation and secure them into permanent position.

The stitching and seeming of the modules, as well as the exterior utilities, and site built structures are normally we completed within 90 days of setting the modules on the foundation.

The certificate of occupancy is issued by the township and then we can complete our final customer walkthrough and handover!!

Then it’s move in day for you and your loved ones!!
