Our standard plans can be shipped in as little as 6 weeks!  Custom plans can take longer and are dependent on the length of the design phase.  This home ships throughout New York State, including: Western New York, throughout the Finger Lakes, Lake George, the Hudson Valley, Upstate New York, the Adirondacks, Lake Placid, Lake Chautauqua, and Ellicottville regions.
