The Ultra Series floor plans offer a collection of open concept floor plans that are thoughtfully laid out and designed. Main features include large entertaining space between kitchen, dining room, and living room. You’ll find oversized islands in all the Ultra Plans along with big windows and large storage closets like butler’s pantries and linen closets.

Design and Leadtime
If you love our Ultra Series plans, you can expect them to be shipped quickly, within 6-8 weeks. We can also customize these plans and make modifications to the layout to better suit your needs. Modifications will slow down the order process but our design team is happy to make alterations to plans to make sure the layout is right for you!
