How awesome is it that modular is becoming so widely understood that Elon Musk is now living in a modular home!!

Right sizing is something that we talk about all the time. Especially in New York where property taxes aren’t exactly the lowest in the nation by any means! Obviously, Musk is not raising 3 girls in this small space and it’s geared essentially as a crash pad for him, but thinking critically about your home space and needs, and your home budget, is important for us when we design your new Buffalo Modular custom home.
